Magdalena is a tax professional and heads the data protection practice at Andersen in Poland. She advises on employment issues, international taxes, global mobility, greenfield projects in Poland, and many others
She provides advice to investors who enter the Polish market, apply for public aid, and tax exemptions.
She is successful in representing clients before tax and fiscal authorities and in proceedings before administrative courts.
For many years now, she has advised on personal data protection and acted as Data Protection Officer. She has carried out a number of reviews in the automotive, FMCG, power and IT sectors.
She also specializes in the employment law, the personal income tax and legal issues involved in posting workers abroad. Magdalena has provided advice on effective employment structures, residence and work permits, and employee share schemes.
She has authored publications concerning taxation of branches and representative offices of foreign companies in Poland as well as personal data protection, published in professional journals. She co-authored the publication: GDPR - Practical Guide for Entrepreneurs and several brochures. She is a speaker during numerous law conferences.
Her career started with Arthur Andersen in Warsaw more than 25 years ago. During this practice, she moved to Katowice. In 2003 she established a law firm, which she managed for 16 years as the managing partner, which later joined Andersen Global in 2019.
