Patrick Coutu is a Partner at Andersen in Canada. Patrick works on Canadian and international tax matters and provides strategies for the global expansion of Canadian and foreign entities.

Patrick is an expert in devising and formulating creative and effective solutions. He has immense experience in providing professional advice in the field of international tax, Canadian tax and transfer pricing, specializing in compliance and advisory services.

Prior to Andersen in Canada, Patrick was a Partner at SdM Chartered Professional Accountants Inc. He previously worked with Revenue Quebec and the Canada Revenue Agency. He also has experience working with the top consulting firms (KPMG and Deloitte) and as an in-house tax expert in the industry. The culmination of his extensive international tax experience has made him a leader in his field today.

Patrick has exercised his expertise in planning and restructuring international projects with numerous clients and has successfully disputed several large and highly complex tax reviews in Canada.
