Patricia Motilla is a Partner at Andersen in Spain responsible for the Culture, Sports & Entertainment department.
Previously, she worked at Olleros Abogados, Jausas, Cuatrecasas Goncalves Pereira, PwC and KPMG. Patricia specializes in advising clients on investment banking, mainly related to family business operations, assets and corporate restructuring, and institutional advice of financial entities, heading some merging processes of savings banks.
Patricia has extensive experience in company global expansions, mainly in matters regarding real estate and special transactions related to financial entities particularly in sale and lease back transactions.
She also specializes as an advisor in the film industry, theater and live shows, in which she has participated in the structuring of financial products and tax savings, with a particular focus on the regulatory environment in the sector. She has built an expertise in foreign shoots, in locations such as Europe, the U.S. and Bollywood.
Patricia is often a speaker on tax and culture topics at technical forums. These forums and events include film festivals, Chambers of Commerce, and the Confederation of Savings Banks, among others. Patricia is also an author of numerous articles.
