Paolo Mondia

As a Co-Founder and a Managing Partner, Paolo is the person in charge of the high-level management of Andersen in Switzerland. In particular, he is responsible for corporate strategy and planning and oversees all the taxation and corporate consultancy activities.

Paolo was the Co-Captain of the Governance team and is the Co-Regional Managing Partner for the European Region.

Paolo deals with both individuals and corporations of all sizes with great expertise in tax legislation and other areas of business. He provides expert advice on tax and corporate matters at the national and international level.

Paolo's experience and knowledge of up-to-date information ensures compliance with tax laws in any given scenario. Combined with his adaptable response to change, his approach benefits company taxation through the optimization of new tax opportunities.

He prepares and submits requests regarding complaints and cassation appeals for tax rulings, representing his clients throughout the procedure.

Paolo's extensive expertise and experiences extend to include the reorganization and restructuring of companies in Switzerland and abroad, devising tax optimization measures, migration of businesses to and from Switzerland as well as start-ups and the accompanied fundraising.

Additionally, he is also a specialist in the pharmaceutical and raw materials sectors.
