Gabriel Pagola is a managing director at Andersen Consulting. He is a seasoned business and technology consultant with over 20 years of experience, the past decade of which has been dedicated to expanding consulting services across Latin America. Gabriel has collaborated closely with industry leaders, such as Walmart, IKEA, BBVA, and Toyota, contributing to transformative projects that redefined customer engagement through advanced customer experience and management strategies.

Prior to Andersen Consulting, Gabriel was a partner at Braintrust where he specialized in advanced customer management and customer experience. Gabriel integrated systemic tools and AI-driven models to drive business growth and connect data science with strategic insight.

Gabriel’s work spans several international markets, including South Africa, the United States, Italy, and Brazil, where he has formed key alliances and enhanced his global perspective.
