Pablo del Castillo Lobatón

Pablo is a Managing Partner at Andersen in Mexico and is located at the Guadalajara Office. He is also the Public Broker 41 for the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

He has over 20 years of experience in corporate & commercial law, valuations, contractual law, immigration law, arbitration and mediation, as well as other regulatory aspects, advising individuals, corporations, partnerships and domestic and multinational companies on a broad variety of business and operations. His experience includes the formalization and certification of any legal commercial act and fact, such as the incorporation of commercial companies, shareholder meeting minutes, ratifying firms and other related services.

As a commercial public attestor, Pablo is specialized in issuing official appraisals for the valuation of any kind of goods, rights and services, and he participates in the mediation of legal disputes.

He has extensive experience in serving clients in many industries, with an emphasis on automotive, energy, wood and construction industries, among others.

Before joining Andersen in Mexico, Pablo was the Manager in charge of the legal corporate practice at Deloitte in the Guadalajara Office and a founding member of a Mexican professional tax and legal firm. Pablo started his career at the legal practice of PwC at the Guadalajara Office as well.
