Antonio Ñudi is a Partner in the Public and Regulatory Law practice at Andersen in Spain, specifically for the Madrid and Valencia offices.
Previously, he was a founding Partner of Urbe Asesores Jurídicos, a firm specialized in urban and real estate law, since its creation in 2001 until becoming a member firm of Andersen Global in 2018.
Antonio has extensive experience in advising public administrations and has in-depth knowledge of planning and management, planning, licensing and urban discipline, as well as in the contentious-administrative procedural practice related to these matters, especially in appeal proceedings before the Supreme Court.
Throughout his professional experience of more than 20 years, he has advised public administrations, companies in the real estate sector, corporate or private real estate estates, and financial companies that manage or participate in real estate investments. With this experience, he has acquired a deep specialization in the analysis of real estate assets (legal and urban development due diligence) and in the elaboration as well as the processing of urban management instruments, which have enabled him to participate in important urban development operations.
Antonio Ñudi has participated as a speaker in numerous courses and conferences at institutions such as the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) and the Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid (SIMA), among other organizations in the sector. He is often a contributor and a columnist in different media outlets.
In the academic field, he is a Professor at the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial (IPE), a business school in the real estate sector, and the School of Legal Technique, where he has given numerous in-company training courses.
