Teresa Nogueira

Teresa Nogueira is the Office Managing Partner at Andersen in Portugal.

Teresa started her career as a lawyer at PwC 25 years ago. She was co-Head of the PwC Porto Legal office.

Together with Luísa Curado and Carla Malhão, she founded the Portuguese law firm Curado, Nogueira & Associados (CNA) in 2005. CNA joined Andersen as a collaborating firm in 2018 and became a member firm in 2020.

At Andersen in Portugal, Teresa Nogueira is responsible for portfolios of both international (Germany, UK, Japan, France, Spain, USA, etc.) and national clients active in a variety of industry sectors including, automotive, electronics, software, research and development, shared service centers, logistics and transport, tourism, wine and consumer goods.

Currently, Teresa divides her time between the management of Andersen in Portugal, the coordination of teams in M&A transactions and due diligence, corporate reorganization operations including mergers and spin-offs, and ongoing advice to international and national companies on matters related to corporate and employment law.
