Nick Kuo

Nick Kuo is a Managing Director at Andersen in the Los Angeles office. Nick has nearly ten years of experience in professional tax and accounting. His practice area focuses on tax consulting, income tax provision and compliance services for C corporations, both publicly traded and closely held, in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Currently, Nick works primarily with medium size companies to fulfill the roles and functions of a tax department by providing a wide range of services, such as tax research, planning and restructuring, tax return compliance, preparation of ASC 740 and FIN 48 analysis, accounting method changes and representation and support for IRS and state audits.

Before joining Andersen, Nick worked more than two years in the tax department of Apria Healthcare Group, Inc., with primary responsibilities in federal and state tax compliance work, quarterly and year-end tax provision, analysis of uncertain tax positions and SEC reporting, as well as process improvement related functions within the department. Nick also has over four years of experience with an international public accounting firm servicing public and non-public clients primarily in the financial services industry.
