Nicholas Lagoni is a managing director in the Private Client Services group at Andersen. Nick has over 19 years of experience in providing tax compliance and tax advisory services to clients on a variety of individual, trust, and pass-through entity tax matters with an emphasis on issues related to income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes. Nicholas focuses his practice on ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and the owners/principals of alternative investments.
For family office clients, Nicholas works with clients on a variety of tax matters with a focus on the structuring of family offices, the development and implementation of multi-generational wealth transfer plans, and the preparation of related tax returns.
For alternative investment owners/principals, Nicholas assists with the development of a comprehensive wealth transfer strategy, with emphasis on utilizing a client’s carried interest, planning for other, non-fund assets, and preparation of related tax returns.
