Lisa Ndikumana

Lisa Ndikumana is a legal and tax professional at CN Law, a member firm of Andersen Global in Burundi. The firm developed a strong reputation, in the country and the region, for delivering an A-class and client-tailored legal services in the areas of corporate, tax law and human rights. Within the only-women practice in Burundi, Lisa handles the tax and corporate division of the firm, with an emphasis on tax law.

Before joining CN, Lisa honed her skills, for several years, collaborating with leading law firms in Burundi and in East Africa, broadly, within their corporate and tax departments. She has expertise in advising public and private institutions, non-governmental organizations, companies, individuals, with their everyday affairs, and regularly publishes commentaries on the ongoing changes to Burundi’s legal apparatus.

Lisa is a former managing director of an international coffee company based in Burundi. She is a fierce fighter for creating and sharing space with women within the fast-changing sectors of law and business.
