Nate Razza is a managing director in the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) practice, bringing more than 23 years of experience advising individuals and businesses on the federal and state tax considerations applicable to flow-through entities.
Nate specializes in transactional planning and structuring for partnerships and flow-through entities, with a concentration on real estate companies, owner-operated businesses, private equity funds, family offices, and renewable energy companies. Nate handles his clients' daily needs and works with them to optimize tax efficiencies. With a focus on delivering personalized service and insightful guidance, Nate empowers his clients to make informed tax and financial decisions with confidence.
Before joining Andersen, Nate was the director of tax accounting at Goulston & Storrs, where he advised clients on transaction planning and entity structuring, including property acquisitions and dispositions, deferred tax exchanges, partnership mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning. Nate has also spent a significant amount of his career in public accounting, including his roles as a partner and co-leader of the real estate practice at DiCicco, Gulman & Company, and several years with Big 4 accounting firms, including the EY National Tax Office.
