Guillermo Muñoz-Alonso

Guillermo Muñoz-Alonso is currently a partner at Andersen in Spain, working in the banking and finance practice in the Madrid office.

He has a professional career of 23 years, in which he has specialised in advising financial institutions and investment funds.

In particular, he has extensive experience in international bank financing, corporate finance (including debt restructuring, recapitalisation and capital markets transactions), and credit portfolio business.
