Olive Mosha

Olive Mosha is a dynamic and accomplished tax and advisory professional with over 15 years of experience supporting clients across the private, public, and development sectors. She currently serves as a partner at Andersen in Tanzania, where she leads the firm’s taxation and advisory services in Dar es Salaam.

Her expertise spans strategic tax planning, donor-funded project compliance, financial governance, and advisory services for corporates, NGOs, and government-affiliated entities. Olive began her career at Deloitte, rising to the position of senior tax consultant, before founding and managing ISHARA Consulting Limited—now Andersen in Tanzania.

She has provided tax and advisory services to a wide portfolio of multinational corporations.

Olive has led numerous engagements resulting in significant tax savings and enhanced compliance, including TRA reviews, tax health-checks, restructuring, and due diligence. She also brings strong experience in accounting, having led financial reporting and bookkeeping assignments for a range of clients.

A recognized thought leader, Olive has been a featured speaker at the FINTECH Africa Forum, and served for three consecutive years as a judge for the Presidential Manufacturer of the Year Awards, organized by the Confederation of Tanzania Industries (CTI).
