Ann Morrone

Ann Morrone serves as Associate Counsel to Andersen. She has over 20 years of legal experience concentrating her efforts in accounting, tax, consulting, and commercial law practice areas. Ann is responsible for supporting all legal aspects of Andersen’s business, including working closely with its General Counsel and providing advice and counsel regarding transactions, contracts, and employment matters.

Before joining Andersen, Ann served as a General Counsel to Arthur Andersen where she focused on governance, litigation, regulatory, contract, and employment issues, and EY where she served as the Area Director for Sales and Use Taxes and lead the state and local tax mergers and acquisitions practice.
