Dr. Moritz Brocker

Dr. Moritz Brocker advises national and international clients generally in corporate law (corporations and partnerships). Moritz is specialized in advising on the sale and purchase of companies as well as the shares, the incorporation and the reorganization of companies and groups. Another focus of his work is providing legal advice to founders and investors with regards to financing rounds and the conclusion of investment and shareholders’ agreements.

After studying Law at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-University of Muenster, Moritz carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf, Germany. Moritz started his career with Luther law firm. Before joining Andersen in Germany, he was Partner with BDO Legal and earlier in Beiten Burkhardt. Moritz was admitted as a German Attorney in 2007.
