François Morazin

François Morazin is a partner at Andersen in France, an attorney at law, member of the Paris bar.

Before joining Andersen as a business tax partner, he spent more than 20 years practicing in U.S. law firms.

He advises companies and executives on a day-to-day basis, both in advisory and litigation matters. In particular, he advises French and foreign entities on the tax aspects of private equity transactions and restructuring, particularly mergers and acquisitions. He also assists his clients in the preparation of the implementation of Pillar 2.

He assists companies of all sizes on the implementation and administration of employee profit-sharing plans in France and individuals in connection with investments in French and foreign entities.
