César Morales

César Morales is currently Partner in the real estate law practice at Andersen’s Madrid office.

Previously, he was Partner in real estate for DA Lawyers since 2016.

He has extensive experience in transactions services of major real estate assets, both in retail, logistics, offices markets and residential.

Among his principal clients are hotels, large companies that are quoted on public stock markets, family offices and Socimis (listed investment companies on the property market). He advises in the drafting and negotiation of all types of real estate contracts as well as in the performance of due diligences.

In addition, César Morales leads the legal direction of judicial and arbitration proceedings, as well as legal advice on the management of real estate assets.

Recognized in the prestigious international legal directory Legal 500, he is also an Arbitrator of the Spanish Arbitration Society and of the Arbitration Council for the rental of the Community of Madrid.
