Nieves Monteserín

Nieves is a partner in the litigation department at Andersen in Spain.

She has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field, having served as a magistrate in the Courts of First Instance and Criminal Courts in Tenerife and Asturias, and as a prosecutor in the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor's Office before joining the legal profession at a law firm in 2013.

She has specialised training in European Union labour and civil law, in addition to having passed several competitive examinations for the judiciary, the public prosecutor's office, and court clerks.
