Keith Montante

Keith Montante is a managing director in Andersen’s Long Island office. He has over 18 years of public accounting experience providing professional services to publicly traded, closely held, and private equity-backed companies with domestic and international operations.

Keith specializes in ASC 740, accounting for income taxes under U.S. financial reporting standards, coupled with a broad range of experience in federal, state, and international tax matters. Keith is focused on bringing strategic insights and value added recommendations to clients.

Prior to joining Andersen, Keith was a Managing Director at Grant Thornton. As a member of the firm's Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services practice, Keith collaborated with team members to develop standardized procedures for the firm’s preparation and review of income tax provisions. He was also a speaker and instructor on accounting for income taxes topics.
