Zoltán Módos is a Partner at Andersen in Hungary. He has a broad experience in all areas of banking and finance including project finance, syndicated and club finance, collateral sharing, structured and trade finance, treasury transactions, credit restructurings and security enforcement, along with areas of M&A, private equity, corporate and commercial contracts, real estate transactions both on a domestic and cross-border/international level.
After completing his studies in 1998, Zoltán worked at the legal department of Raiffeisen Bank in Hungary until August 2002 and led the corporate group from December 2000. Zoltán was also a Partner for a domestic law firm and Szabó, Kelemen & Partners Attorneys.
In the past 20 years, Zoltán has gained experience by working on several finance transactions representing banks (domestic and foreign) and borrowers as well.
Furthermore, Zoltán has worked on renewable energy projects and transactions, investment projects, real property acquisitions and developments, corporate acquisitions, take-overs and restructurings, as well as debt collection and distressed asset transfer transactions.
