Dawid Mielcarski

Dawid is a professional at Andersen in Poland, specializing in environmental protection and waste management law. He advises clients on ESG. His area of practice also includes laws governing white-collar crimes and litigation.

Dawid provides comprehensive legal services to the entrepreneurs operating in the waste management sector, takes part in preparation of investment projects consisting of waste lands, wastewater treatment plants, and municipal systems.

He represents clients during inspections by public administration bodies, including environmental authorities (in particular by Province Environmental Protection Inspectorates – WIOŚ) and in administrative proceedings before administrative courts for imposition of fines, withdrawal of administrative permits and licenses, their expiration or invalidity.

Dawid prepares dawn raid/inspection procedures for clients (inspections by law enforcement authorities, environmental protection inspections). He represents clients in the sectors of waste management, real property development, the metallurgical, and automotive industry in litigations before common courts of all instances and before the Supreme Court.

He acted as a defense counsel in criminal cases (white-collar crimes) and fiscal crime cases and acts as an attorney for aggrieved parties (in particular commercial law companies).

He authored a number of articles and publications on environmental protection and waste management law.
