Before joining Andersen Consulting, Eric founded and led 1Rivet where he directed technology initiatives and delivered tailored solutions across various industries. His leadership at 1Rivet reflected a commitment to innovation and client success.

Earlier in his career, Eric served as Director of Enterprise Program Management at Fannie Mae and SapientNitro. During a decade at Accenture as a Senior Manager, he managed IT integrations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in the banking, utility, and automotive industries, earning recognition for his ability to deliver complex projects effectively.
