Megan Tsuei has more than 17 years of experience in leading and managing marketing programs, systems and professionals. Megan joined Andersen in 2008 after serving as a Director of Marketing and consultant in both higher education and professional services overseeing the development of strategic marketing programs from the ground up.
As the Managing Director for Marketing at Andersen, Megan leads a global team of marketing professionals responsible for coordinating and supporting the marketing and business development efforts for the global organization in alignment with the firm’s overall vision and strategy. She focuses on leveraging the firm’s current capabilities to help strengthen the Andersen brand around the world, and establishing a template for the future marketing and business development direction of the firm. In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs branding, media outreach, marketing communications, and global marketing and business development integration.
She manages and oversees social media, digital marketing, website development, marketing information systems, local and practice-specific marketing and business development, market intelligence and research, and more.
In 2014, Megan led the rebranding efforts for the firm as it adopted the Andersen name, and developed and implemented the firm’s “A name from the past, A firm for the future” campaign. This included the creation of a new website, logo, social media presence, online advertising and other promotional activities. Megan now oversees the global management of the Andersen brand, and directs and manages rebranding efforts globally as member firms around the world adopt the Andersen name.
