Ivna brings 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, commercial, and corporate law. With a strong combination of legal expertise and an MBA perspective, Ivna helps businesses successfully navigate complex transactions and resolve disputes effectively, including through alternative dispute resolution. She has a proven record of advising and representing clients in complex litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, and offers extensive expertise in debt collection, bankruptcy, and pre-bankruptcy matters. Recognized for her strategic thinking, client-focused approach, and practical solutions, Ivna supports business growth while minimizing legal and financial risks.
