Virna Lisa has over 23 years of experience in the tax compliance and tax consulting fields. She provides tax consulting, compliance, controversies and planning strategies for corporations, flow-through entities and individuals.
She has served a wide variety of industries and business entities with a broad understanding in multi-national, publicly traded companies and owner-operated business. She also has expertise in tax planning, tax structuring as well as review and preparation of Income Tax Provisions pursuant to ASC740 for public and private companies.
She is passionate about mentoring and building a strong collaborative culture and has been involved with firm initiatives on inclusion and talent acquisition.
Before coming to Andersen, Virna Lisa was a partner at HKG LLP. She began her professional career at Arthur Andersen.
Virna Lisa served on the executive committee of Loyola Marymount University’s advisory board for the accounting undergraduate and graduate schools.
