Michela Mazzoleni

Michela is a partner at Andersen in Italy, leading the tax and compliance service line in Italy and is a member of the European tax and compliance service group. Michela utilizes her experience in supporting international clients to inform her colleagues on how to provide optimum local and parent company solutions.

In addition to international clients, Michela also has a raft of experience providing advice on administrative, fiscal and accountancy advisory and reviewing for non-profit organizations or foundations.

More recently Michela has been supporting the development of SME’s branching into Italy and supporting with the necessary activities in realization of European Funding possibilities.

She holds positions as a member of boards of directors and supervisory boards of various organisations.
