Maxim Kobzev

Maxim is a project finance, banking, and energy senior legal professional, focusing on cross-border transactions. He has over 15 years of experience advising corporate clients, commercial banks, development institutions, export-credit agencies, and multilateral financing organizations. 

Maxim handles transactional work on the most complex projects in a broad range of industry sectors, such as energy and renewables, banking and green finance, infrastructure, oil and gas, mining and metals, and manufacturing.
