Emilio Martínez

Emilio Martínez is a partner in the corporate and commercial department at Andersen in Spain's Malaga office.

He has over 20 years' experience advising companies and individuals on commercial and tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate transactions, tax planning, and business restructuring.

He has been involved in numerous projects requiring a comprehensive view of the business, combining legal and tax analysis with practical knowledge of business management.

He is a graduate in law from the University of Malaga and has complemented his training with various specialisation programs in taxation, commercial law, and corporate law at institutions such as ESIC, IE Law School, and the International University of Andalusia.

He is also member of executive boards of directors for several companies, which allows him to bring a perspective close to corporate reality to his professional practice.
