Mark Gorman

Mark Gorman provides solutions to Irish and International clients on a range of taxation issues. As a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser, he has over 20 years of experience in both practice and industry. His clients range from private equity funds to high net worth individuals, listed PLC's to growing owner managed businesses.

He advises on the full spectrum of tax issues including group reorganisations, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of Irish operations for MNCs, together with assisting Irish companies with overseas expansion and large scale compliance offerings. Recent transactions have included advising on fund structuring for a new Irish private equity fund, advising on a cross border merger of an Irish group, and advising on the set up and expansion through EMEA and APAC of an Irish principal entrepreneur structure for a U.S. headed group, pre-IPO.

Mark has written and is quoted extensively in Ireland on Irish tax related matters and has co-edited of one of the most referred to tax reference books on domestic Irish tax matters.

Mark founded mgpartners in 2012, which then became a member firm of Andersen Global.
