María Olleros is a Partner at Andersen in Spain leading the Tax department in the Madrid, Valencia and Seville offices. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Andersen Global.
She previously worked at Olleros Abogados and Garrigues.
María is responsible for advising and providing on-going tax planning services to business groups and their shareholders, especially all the different taxes applicable under the Spanish tax system. She also represents clients before the Spanish Tax Authorities during tax inspections and other tax related proceedings.
Furthermore, she advises entrepreneurs and incubators of start-up projects, with a focus on relevant tax benefits applicable to innovative business activities and planning as well as advising on the international expansion of entrepreneurs.
On an international level, she has advised both foreign companies with an interest to develop their business in Spain, as well as Spanish companies needing to expand abroad.
She is a lecturer for the Chair of Management and Corporate Culture at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV).
