Jesús Mardomingo

Jesús Mardomingo is a partner in the corporate law department at Andersen in Spain’s Madrid office.

He has more than 25 years of experience advising financial institutions and public authorities on corporate and regulatory matters, as well as on various types of corporate transactions affecting credit institutions, insurance companies, and investment services firms.

Throughout his career, he has participated in complex transactions that require in-depth knowledge of the financial sector, combining regulatory advice with the structuring of large-scale transactions.

His experience has allowed him to assist clients in transformation processes and adapt to national and international regulatory frameworks. Jesús is recognized in Band 1 by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe in banking and finance law. He is also listed in directories such as IFLR, Expert Guides, and Legal 500 in the areas of banking and finance, investment funds, corporate law, and M&A.

He is the author of several collective works, a regular contributor to the financial press, and regularly publishes scholarly articles in his field. He is also a professor and director of the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and the Specialization Program in Financial Markets at the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB), and participates as a speaker in specialized courses and seminars.
