Mara Macura

Mara Terihaj Macura has been a Partner at Andersen in Croatia since 2017.

As an attorney-at-law with over 12 years of professional experience, Mara advises local and international clients, mainly corporations and local and regional self-administration units, public institutions and such units’ companies. She has experience in the areas of commercial law and corporate law, including contract drafting, legal consultancy with respect to the establishment and operation of companies, project development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Her legal work includes representing clients in civil, commercial, and administrative disputes and advising them in the conduct of public procurement procedures.

Mara has been involved in numerous infrastructural projects in the area of energy, water management, and waste management co-financed by the European Union and has been a team member in many due diligence processes. Mara attended a specialized public procurement training program in 2015.
