Lucia Fedina

Lucia Fedina is a managing director in the US National Tax practice. With over 20 years of experience delivering Transfer Pricing (TP) services, she is well versed on tax controversy topics, including tax audits and advance pricing agreements (APAs), and working with tax authorities in the U.S., France, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Germany, UK, Australia, Japan, and other countries. Lucia has worked with clients in multiple industries, including luxury and premium products, technology, pharma, entertainment, retail, and, most recently, financial services and real estate. 

Apart from her extensive experience managing conventional TP transactions, Lucia is an expert on technical TP issues involving real estate structures and transactions (REITs/TRSs) and financial transactions. Lucia has extensive experience in advising clients with the design and implementation of Transfer Pricing. Lucia has hands-on experience managing implementation requirements with ERP systems, including process engineering and data mapping and integration.

Before joining Andersen, Lucia was the Global TP lead at CBRE, a real estate company, and the TP lead for the Americas' at Deutsche Bank (DB). Prior to DB, Lucia spent 13 years as a TP economist with KPMG in NYC.
