Paolo Lucarini

Paolo is a partner at Andersen in Italy with more than 20 years of experience in global mobility and private client sectors. He previously  spent 18 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and three years in the human resources department of another firm.  

He is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of Andersen’s global mobility services in Italy and Europe, assisting large and middle market clients on wage tax, social security, immigration, and labour law assistance for their employees working worldwide. He has implemented and managed solutions for a wide range of assignee populations of national and multinational clients across industries.

Paolo is also works closely with the Andersen private client service lin, particularly focusing on top executives and sportsmen with international background. 

During the year 1997 and 1998, he was an Officer of Guardia di Finanza (Italian Revenue and Customs Authority).
