Mark K. Lonnecker

Mark Lonnecker is a managing director in the Commercial practice at Andersen. He has 20 years of tax planning and compliance expertise, with deep knowledge of alternative investments, partnership taxation, and real estate taxation. He also provides tax compliance and consulting services for exploration and production partnerships and independent producers involved in domestic shale, domestic onshore, and state and federal waters in the Gulf of Mexico.

Mark’s background includes advising on business reorganizations and the restructuring of distressed entities within the energy sector.

Before joining Andersen, Mark worked at a boutique tax practice in Houston, where he supported clients across the upstream energy sector.
