Lino De Vecchi is an expert arbitrator, company crisis manager and a valuable assistant in the cases of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, receivership and company assessments.
Lino was the Chairman of the Association of Certified Accountants of Milan from 1992 to 1998 and a Member of the National Council of Certified Accountants. Lino also served as the Chairman of the National Commission for Deontological Ethics. He was a Member of the Regional Tax Committee for Lombardy, the Board of Directors of the Italian Accounting Body (O.I.C.) and the Transparency Commission of the Ministry of Economics.
Moreover, Lino was highly active abroad, within the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), as the Chairman of the Ethics Advisory Group, Technical Advisor of the Council and Deputy Chair of the Small and Medium Practices Committee, as well as within the Fédération Européenne des Experts Comptables (FEE), and as Deputy Chair of the Council and Chairman of the Liberalisation and Qualification Working Group.
Since 1961, he had been the Managing Partner at a professional firm established by his father in 1925.
Lino had written numerous articles on company and legal topics as well.
