Lindsay Chamings is the Client Group Lead for Andersen’s Alternative Investment Funds Services practice. For more than 20 years, she has worked with clients specializing in investment partnerships including venture capital funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, cryptocurrency funds, and funds of funds.

Lindsay serves as a trusted advisor throughout the business and economic cycles of funds and their managers. She advises clients on matters such as:

• Tax structuring with respect to fund formation and related management and general partner vehicles.
• Qualified small business stock (QSBS) planning.
• Onshore and offshore structuring and planning for international investments and investors.
• Portfolio company transaction advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Comprehensive fund tax return compliance.
