Fran Li is a member of the Andersen Commercial Practice group specializing in federal corporate tax.

Fran has over 20 years of experience advising companies throughout Southern California, on a broad variety of business and tax matters, including:

Before joining Andersen, Fran spent over a decade working with international professional services firms in Los Angeles, where she specialized in the coordination and delivery of tax planning, compliance, and tax reporting for large public and privately held companies.
