Larry Nash is a Managing Director and the Head of U.S. Talent Management. With over 35 years of experience in recruiting, employee relations, workforce planning, mobility, and talent management, he works closely with the management team and across offices to build strategies and initiatives focused on attracting, developing, and retaining our high performing talent.
Larry has broad experience establishing, implementing, and assessing strategies that enhance employee productivity, increase employee satisfaction, and enhance organizational agility. He has a passion to nurture and amplify the potential in each individual and help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Prior to joining Andersen, Larry was the Americas Talent Attraction and Acquisition Leader for EY. Before EY, he held several strategic leadership roles in human resources and recruiting during his tenure at Arthur Andersen; among them was his role as Northeast Director of Recruiting.
