Dewi Larasati

Larasati is a partner at Andersen in Indonesia. She has been a legal professional for over 35 years, during which time she has held a wide variety of posts and developed strong credentials in all areas of corporate law.

She has been involved in major deals in project financing, M&As, private equity, and IPOs across several different industries, such as construction, mining, renewable energy, and aviation. She also has a strong foundation in banking and cross-border transactions from her years as in-house legal counsel for local and foreign banks in Jakarta, and as the Director of Corporate Finance at Crosby Securities, a leading international stock brokerage house in Singapore.

Larasati is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association, a registered capital market legal professional, and a registered legal auditor.
