Piotr Krupa

Piotr is a Legal Advisor who is an expert on company law, mergers, takeovers and other forms of ownership changes and restructuring as well as employment law.

He is an advisor and negotiator in several domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has concluded and facilitated legal due diligence, principal transaction agreements and ancillary documentation as well as conditions to closing.

Piotr is the Head of the Employment Law team, which assists in managing local regulations and cross-border issues related to work management, immigration law, social security and compliance. He takes part in negotiations with trade unions and government.

Piotr provides legal advising services to companies in the area of joint venture projects and major restructuring projects in the following sectors of business and industry including the power sector, metallurgy, steel works, machinery construction, infrastructure, construction, mining and automotive industries.

He also leads the Legal Due Diligence team and advises foreign investors with respect to setting up companies or branches, their everyday activity in Poland as well as the implementation and financing of investment projects.

He has advised numerous IT sector entities, including software providers, web developers, shopping portals, and design market leaders in Poland.

Piotr provides advice on how to obtain funds from capital markets and through factoring or similar agreements along with how to implement option schemes for management and employees.
