Kevin Kiyan

Kevin Kiyan is a Managing Director in the US National Tax office and the firm’s Transfer Pricing leader. Kevin has over 27 years of professional experience and has led all major aspects of Transfer Pricing issues, including planning/feasibility analyses, IP migration/ restructuring, cost-sharing, Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs), audit defense/ litigation and global transfer pricing documentation.

Kevin has extensive experience serving clients in major industry sectors, including: media & entertainment, engineering & construction, apparel, retail consumer products, telecommunications/ networking, pharmaceuticals/ healthcare and software development/ data systems.

Prior to joining Andersen, Kevin was an Executive Director at EY where he led the Los Angeles Transfer Pricing practice. Previously, Kevin was VP of Analytic Services at McKesson Corp, a Fortune 11 healthcare services company based in San Francisco. He began his career as an economist at Citibank in New York, before joining AT&T/ Bell Labs where he was an economist and later, product developer and market analytics manager.
