Soo Hwa Kim

Soo Hwa Kim is a managing director at Andersen Consulting, leading AI and digital transformation consulting in Korea, leveraging over 25 years of consulting and executive experience to drive successful digital innovation for enterprises. His expertise spans data analytics, marketing, IT consulting, corporate strategy, and AI-driven business transformation, with a strong focus on new business strategy and execution leveraging digital and mobile technologies.

After working as a consultant at A.T. Kearney for five years, Soo Hwa held executive positions at major Korean companies, including Korea Telecom, BC Credit Card, and Lina Life Insurance. During the rapid expansion of mobile, digital, and AI technologies, he successfully led new business initiatives for large corporations, driving their digital transformation and AI adoption strategies.

In 2018, he founded an AI startup, leading the development of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL)-based AI solutions and consulting. With hands-on experience implementing AI technologies in over 100 companies, he has played a key role in developing LLM-based RAG systems, AI chatbots, call-bots, and other core AI technologies to keep pace with the rapid evolution of generative AI. Additionally, he has direct experience in image analysis, cloud migration, and AI solution development on cloud platforms.
