Natalie Kim is a managing director at Andersen’s Commercial Practice in the New York office. She joined Andersen in 2014 and in her 10+ years of experience, has led client engagement teams providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to business entities and their principals, owners, and investors.

Natalie focuses primarily on operating and investment partnerships and has served clients ranging from start-ups to large multi-state companies across a broad range of industries including technology, lending, art galleries, venture and private equity, and financial and professional services. She has extensive knowledge of tax matters including multistate tax planning and compliance, M&A and transaction-related issues, and structuring for venture-backed and privately or closely-held funds.
