Eunhee Kim is a managing director at Andersen Consulting with more than 25 years of experience in management consulting and corporate strategy. She advises senior executives and investors on growth initiatives, new business development, and complex strategic decisions.
Her experience includes serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Nemo Partners, where she helped build the firm’s operating foundation, including recruiting, training, staffing, and internal communications, while leading multi-industry engagements across corporate strategy, growth planning, and transaction-related advisory services. Earlier, she worked at Monitor Co., now Deloitte Monitor, supporting C-suite executives on strategy and growth transformation initiatives.
She also spent seven years in New Zealand, contributing to post-earthquake rebuilding initiatives and supporting planning and delivery in complex stakeholder environments. Upon returning to Korea, she served as executive director of corporate future strategy at Maeil Dairies, where she supported enterprise growth planning, evaluated new business opportunities, and advanced cross-border partnership initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
