Charles Kim

Charles Kim (Ki-deuk) is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Korea with 20 years of experience in strategy and IT consulting. He has led numerous projects for more than 10 large companies, both domestically and internationally. His experience spans domestic and international markets, with a focus on strategy, IT, and corporate management optimization, including project execution, increasing corporate value through IT consulting and solutions, and corporate resource management trends through ERP consulting and implementation. His work has impacted a variety of corporate functions, including IT-based R&D, production, procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing.

Charles' industry experience is diverse, including aviation, logistics, manufacturing, IT services, semiconductors, AI, ERP, consumer goods, energy, food & beverage, automotive, materials, and electronics.

Prior to joining Andersen Consulting, Charles served as CEO of Uzin Bridge Co. LTD, a global company specializing in IT, including future strategy and ESG, IT SI and SM, and ERP implementation. He also worked as a partner at Airone Invest, a domestic airline LCC establishment company. He led innovation value enhancement initiatives in the IT sector for global and domestic IT clients. Before his consulting career, he served as a strategic executive at DB Group and Hanjin Group.
