Kenneth Rosen is a Managing Director at Andersen, and Chairman of Rosen Consulting Group (RCG), an affiliate of Andersen.
Kenneth has more than 40 years of experience in real estate economics, research, and consulting. He founded Rosen Consulting Group and serves as Chairman of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics and Professor Emeritus and California State Chair of Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Kenneth is a trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the board of directors of several non-profit and for-profit entities that deal with real estate finance and development. He frequently appears in media providing commentary on economic and real estate issues and has authored more than 100 articles and four books on real estate and real estate finance.
Kenneth was formerly the Chairman and founder of Rosen Real Estate Securities LLC (RRES), a REIT money manager. He is the former Chairman, Founder and Portfolio Manager of Lend Lease Rosen Securities, a $3 billion REIT money management firm. Kenneth also served as the special real estate advisor to The Davos World Economic Forum and was a Professor of Economics at Princeton University.
