Poonam Kaura

Poonam Kaura is a Director at Nangia Andersen India Pvt. Ltd. She has extensive experience of more than 25 years in the government business. She has worked on business strategy government consulting.

She has worked with most of the central and state government departments and has a clear understanding of government processes and policies. With her acumen for the entrepreneurial mindset, she has successfully created the intellectual capital and defined the methodology required to develop the practice for business development in the public sector.

She has completed projects with government departments such as power, labour and employment, skill development, health, telecom, home affairs and women and children, to name a few in the current digital India environment.

She has worked for Indian corporates such as RPG, Thapar group, SPML Infra and global companies – Sysorex Inc, Microsoft and PwC. She has experience working with governments and corporations in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Eastern Europe (Russia, Belarus and Ukraine) and Germany on international business.

Poonam is actively involved in social initiatives in rural India related to youth empowerment as well as women and children's healthcare. She is the national advisor for an international organization based in India.
