Marko Kallay

Marko has been a Partner and Management Board member at Law Firm KALLAY & PARTNERS Ltd. since 2006.

In the course of his career, he engaged in various legal activities and became a legal professional in banking and finance. He advised numerous local and international corporations, including banks, investment funds and insurance companies. Marko is also well known for his work on the management of major investment projects, in particular infrastructural projects financed by the European Union, public procurement, mergers & acquisitions, and has extensive experience in representing large international corporations in their transactions in the Republic of Croatia.

As an attorney-at-law having over 20 years of experience, he specializes in arbitration and mediation, banking and finance, real estate, energy, infrastructure, environmental protection and project financing, commercial law, regulatory and public procurement, concessions and public-private partnerships.
